Registration fees covers the conference material, souvenir, lunch and refreshments.
The registration fee does not cover any kind of insurance. Participants are advised to make their own arrangements for their travel and personal insurance.

Confirmation

Successful completion of the registration process will be acknowledged by an email. This confirmation email will be issued after confirmation of payment. If you do not receive this email, please contact the Conference Secretariat at rmittyl@nus.edu.sg to verify your registration.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and requests for refund must be submitted via email or fax to the Conference Secretariat by the main contact person no later than 15 June 2008.  No refund will be given for cancellations made after 15 June 2008. 10% cancellation fee will apply. Refunds will only be issued after 31 July 2008. Substitution of one registrant for another needs cancellation of the original registration and submission of a new registration form. No extra service charge will be imposed for substitutions. An email must be sent to inform the Conference Secretariat of the changes
